CONDITIONS OF SALE
Current regulations on internet and telephone purchasing
require
the supplier to inform the purchaser the right to a seven day
cooling
off
period when orders may be cancelled for any reason.
During this time it is the purchasers right to inform the
supplier
if they wish to cancel the order and return at the purchasers
expense
the
goods and receive a refund of the purchase cost.
Goods must be returned in `as new` condition so that they can
be
resold as new items.
Refunds apply to goods only and not to delivery charges which
are
considered by the supplier as a seperate item and
non-refundable.
The above does not apply to custom made goods.
Caution:Wire mesh cages due to the material and method of
manufacture
can have quite rough edges, although we do our best to
eliminate the
worst
of these total removal is not possible or practical, cage
orders
accepted
assume
the purchaser accepts this possibility.
